Returns & Refund Terms

  1. Return and Refund request can only be made within 7 days from the date of Purchase. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period.
  2. Your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. Aston Mats are made to order mats, Exchange of mats is not acceptable– by making a purchase you agree to confirm your custom order. Please note that all our mats are custom made to order to suit your individual vehicle which you specify on your order form –  Terms in line with consumer contracts regulation)
  4. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Returns and Refund are issued at our discretion and may be accepted or rejected.
  6. Returns and Refunds (if accepted)
    a. Please take note that the customer is at full responsibility for shipping the mats back and should be returned to the sender’s address provided on the shipping label.
    b. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    c. If you are approved, Aston mats will deduct a 25% on the item value, the 25% includes the material and manpower cost and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that the expedited fees

The Following are not subject for a Return or Refund:

Dislike of color or design:  As each set is made to order for your vehicle and we provide a custom made service, we are unable to accept return requests based on dislike of style or color. You are responsible for picking the correct color for your vehicle and to make sure you like the product before you place your order. You can ask for images and videos at support@astonmats.com to make sure our car mats are exactly as you want them.

Wrong Product, Vehicle or Address Selected: Aston Mats are made to order, meaning the mats are not mass produced, Our customers are responsible for placing the correct set of mats, vehicle and address. If the customer wishes to return the mats due to a mistake in product, vehicle or address selected, then the customer is at full responsibility for any returns made including shipping the mats back to our factory address.

Ordering

Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the vehicle details and delivery address is correct when making a purchase. Aston mats will not be held responsible for any custom made products that are wrong or for any delivery address mistakes.
